With 5 years of experience as a licensed esthetician and a 4x certified brow artist, I specialize in creating natural, beautifully shaped brows that enhance your features—not overpower them. At BXN Studio, every appointment is personalized, precise, and designed to leave you feeling confident. Whether you’re coming in for brow shaping, facial or body waxing, or a dermaplane treatment, my goal is to make sure you leave feeling refreshed, polished, and taken care of. Creating a comfortable, welcoming space for my clients is at the heart of what I do. I’m passionate about attention to detail and delivering an experience that keeps you coming back every time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to book all appointments. Your deposit secures your appointment time and will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit, and it cannot be transferred to a future appointment. Appointments are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received. If a deposit isn’t paid in a timely manner after booking, the appointment will be denied or canceled and a new appointment will need to be booked. I allow an 8-minute grace period and completely understand that delays happen. If you’re running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible via text at 602-429-9350. Arriving beyond the grace period may result in your appointment being canceled and the deposit being forfeited. If I am still able to accommodate your appointment, a $15 late fee will be applied. No-shows will result in an automatic forfeiture of the deposit and the remaining 50% of the service total will be charged. Plus booking privileges will be revoked. Multiple same-day cancellations may also lead to booking privileges being revoked. Thank you for respecting my time, schedule, and small business!
